The stepping stones set: balance training for any age group
The sturdy stepping stones are made of solid plastic. For beginners it is recommended to place the discs with the flat side facing downwards. To increase the level of difficulty, simply turn them over. The curved side will increase the unpredictable nature of the discs. The balance discs are an excellent addition to any balance obstacle course as well as sports lessons in nurseries, schools and clubs. The discs allow users to develop their sense of balance and motor function skills in a fun way. This also makes the stepping stones a great choice for use in therapy, for example in physiotherapy or ergotherapy, as well as for use in fall prevention exercises for the elderly.
